University Heights

Located in the southwest corner of Central Menlo Park, University Heights is actually under the jurisdiction of the County of San Mateo. Sometimes also referred to as Menlo Heights, West Menlo or even just "County", University Heights has recently seen the addition of larger brand new homes and remodeled homes as many families have opted to stay in the neighborhood rather than move into the larger homes found in adjoining Central Menlo Park.
