Redwood Shores

A huge bayside neighborhood east of Belmont, Redwood Shores is one of only three mid-Peninsula areas that let you live on or near the water. Redwood Shores is home to many technology companies, including Oracle and Electronic Arts. Its first houses were built in the late '60s and look much like Foster City's earliest efforts, but the most recent construction is only a few years old. It’s also a great choice for a condo or townhouse. Forbes magazine rated Redwood Shores as one of "America's Top Selling Luxury Neighborhoods" in 2009.
